Bee's Prague, Czech Republic - Oct 2023

Before we knew it, the holidays were upon us again, marking another year without our beloved Bianca. We grappled with feelings of anger, sadness, and frustration, knowing there was nothing we could do to change it. Nothing at all.

October was a significant month for us, with Joel’s birthday at the start and our wedding anniversary just a week later. This year was especially momentous as we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary.

Determined to honor both occasions through Bianca’s spirit, we decided to embark on a European adventure. Our first stop: Prague, Czech Republic.

The city was every bit as stunning as the pictures promised—rich in history, filled with incredible architecture, and truly captivating.

During our stay, we visited several iconic sites, including the Charles Bridge, Týn Church in Old Town Square, the Astronomical Clock and its accompanying church, Prague Castle, and Vyšehrad Castle.

And, staying true to what Bianca would have wanted, we treated ourselves to some fantastic Czech cuisine. Here are a few of our favorite restaurants in Prague:
